Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh veggies or light salad for serving
Instructions
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or container and pour the marinade over them.
- Seal and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours for more flavor).
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill or bake for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve with fresh veggies or a light salad.
