Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can sardines in olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons capers, rinsed and drained

  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese or Greek yogurt
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Baguette or crostini

Instructions

  1. Combine the sardines, capers, lemon juice, lemon zest, and cream cheese in a bowl. Mash together until smooth.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Slice the baguette and toast the slices until golden.
