Ingredients
- 1 lb U-10 scallops
- 1½ lemons, juiced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 5 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- ½ tsp chili flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Garlic rubbed crostini, to serve
Instructions
- Pat the scallops dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt ½ tablespoon of butter. Cook half the scallops for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Set aside, clean the pan, and repeat with the remaining scallops.
- Wipe the pan clean, melt the rest of the butter, and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add lemon juice and chili flakes, mixing well.
- Return scallops to the pan to coat in the sauce. Serve immediately with garlic-rubbed crostini.
