Description

Ingredients

  • 4 halibut fillets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and rice vinegar.
  3. Place the halibut fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, making sure they are well coated.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
