Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (500g)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- Brussels sprouts optional
Instructions
- Coat 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, ½ teaspoon of paprika, along with some salt and pepper. Stir well to blend.
- Apply the spice mixture onto both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Put the chicken in the air fryer basket and set it to 360 degrees Fahrenheit for 9 minutes. Turn the chicken over and add Brussels sprouts, if desired. Continue cooking for another 9 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Let the chicken sit for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
