Ingredients
- – 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (500g)
- – 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (15ml)
- – 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Italian seasoning
- – 1 teaspoon (5 ml) garlic powder
- – 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) paprika
- – salt and pepper to taste
- – Brussels sprouts optional
Instructions
- Coat 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, ½ teaspoon of paprika, along with salt and pepper. Stir until well blended.
- Evenly apply the spice mixture to both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Arrange the chicken in the air fryer basket. Set the temperature to 360 degrees Fahrenheit and cook for 9 minutes. Turn the chicken over and add Brussels sprouts if desired. Continue cooking for another 9 minutes or until the chicken’s internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
