Ingredients

- – 1/2 teaspoon paprika (2.5 g)
- – salt and pepper to taste
- – Brussels sprouts optional
Instructions
- Apply 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the surface of 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
- In a separate bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, ½ teaspoon of paprika, and season with salt and pepper. Stir until well blended.
- Spread the spice mixture over both sides of the chicken breasts, ensuring even coverage.
- Position the chicken inside the air fryer basket. Set the device to 360 degrees Fahrenheit and cook for 9 minutes. Turn the chicken over and add Brussels sprouts, if you choose to include them. Continue cooking for another 9 minutes or until the chicken’s internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
