Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon (for juice and zest)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and season both sides with jerk seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the salmon fillets to the pan, skin-side down, and cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
- Flip the fillets and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the salmon and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve immediately.
