Description

A vibrant and fresh Japanese tuna poke bowl featuring sushi-grade tuna, a savory marinade, and topped with green onions and sesame seeds, served over rice.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sushi-grade tuna
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • ½ tablespoon chili garlic sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
  • ½ cup green onions, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • Cooked white or brown rice


Instructions

  1. Begin by chopping the sushi-grade tuna into evenly sized squares.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the chopped tuna.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce, Sriracha sauce, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Add the marinade to the chopped tuna and gently fold to combine.
