Ingredients
- 1 lb sushi-grade tuna
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions
- Begin by chopping the sushi-grade tuna into evenly sized squares.
- In a mixing bowl, add the chopped tuna.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce, Sriracha sauce, and red pepper flakes.
- Add the marinade to the chopped tuna and gently fold to combine.
