  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) fine sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) ground black pepper
  • chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Begin by peeling and rinsing your carrots, then drying them thoroughly. Cut them into diagonal slices about 1 inch thick.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the carrot slices with olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Stir well to ensure the carrots are evenly coated.
  3. Spread the seasoned carrot pieces evenly in a single layer inside the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook in the air fryer at 380°F for about 12 to 15 minutes, or until they can be easily pierced with a fork. Add more salt and pepper if desired, and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
