- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) fine sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) ground black pepper
- chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Begin by peeling and rinsing your carrots, then drying them thoroughly. Cut them into diagonal slices about 1 inch thick.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the carrot slices with olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Stir well to ensure the carrots are evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned carrot pieces evenly in a single layer inside the air fryer basket.
- Cook in the air fryer at 380°F for about 12 to 15 minutes, or until they can be easily pierced with a fork. Add more salt and pepper if desired, and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
