Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cooked calamari, sliced
- 1 cup cooked mussels, shelled
- 1 cup lobster meat, diced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves for serving
Instructions
- Combine the cooked shrimp, calamari, mussels, lobster, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and parsley in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the seafood mixture and toss gently to coat.
- Serve the seafood salad over a bed of lettuce leaves on a platter or individual plates.
Notes
Fresh herbs like basil or dill can be added for an aromatic finish. Store dressing separately to maintain the freshness of the salad.
