Description

A vibrant Italian seafood salad made with fresh shrimp, calamari, mussels, and lobster, tossed with vegetables and a zesty dressing.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup cooked calamari, sliced
  • 1 cup cooked mussels, shelled
  • 1 cup lobster meat, diced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves for serving


Instructions

  1. Combine the cooked shrimp, calamari, mussels, lobster, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and parsley in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the seafood mixture and toss gently to coat.
  4. Serve the seafood salad over a bed of lettuce leaves on a platter or individual plates.

Notes

Fresh herbs like basil or dill can be added for an aromatic finish. Store dressing separately to maintain the freshness of the salad.
