Ingredients

- 60g beef tallow (4 tbsp)
- 45g agave nectar (3 tbsp)

- 5ml salt (1/2 tsp)
- 25ml black pepper (1/4 tsp)
Instructions
- Use paper towels to dry the chicken tenders.
- In a bowl, mix the melted beef tallow, agave nectar, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper together.
- Ensure the chicken tenders are thoroughly coated in the agave-tallow mixture.
- Set the air fryer to 380°F and let it heat up for 3 minutes.
- Arrange the tenders in a single layer within the air fryer basket.
- Cook them for 10-12 minutes, turning them over midway, until they are golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Allow them to rest for 2 minutes before enjoying.
