- Kosher salt (to taste)

Instructions
- Place the rinsed octopus in the Instant Pot.
- Add 1 cup of water and kosher salt to taste.
- Close the lid securely.
- Cook on high pressure for 16 minutes.
- After the cooking time ends, perform a quick pressure release.
- Open the lid and carefully cut the octopus into pieces.
- On serving, sprinkle with paprika and drizzle with olive oil.
