Description

A delicious and creamy smoked salmon spread perfect for gatherings, combining flavors of smoked salmon, cream cheese, and fresh herbs.


Ingredients

  • 4 oz smoked salmon, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp chives, chopped
  • 1 tbsp capers, drained
  • Salt & pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Blend the cream cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Add the smoked salmon and capers, pulsing to combine without over-processing.
  3. Fold in the dill and chives gently.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
