Ingredients
- 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
- ¼ cup hot honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Fresh parsley, for garnish

- For a caramelized finish, switch to broil for the last 2-3 minutes, watching closely to avoid burning.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
Use fresh garlic and high-quality honey for the best flavor. Don’t overbake to prevent drying out.
