A delightful blend of crispy shrimp coated in a sweet and tangy sauce, topped with crunchy sugar-coated walnuts.
Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp (shell removed and deveined)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1.5 tablespoons condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons honey

- Mix mayonnaise, condensed milk, honey, and lemon juice in a bowl to create the sauce and set aside.
- Coat the shrimp with cornstarch in another bowl.
- Whip the egg whites until soft peaks form and fold in the cornstarch-coated shrimp.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and fry the shrimp in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Drain the shrimp on paper towels.
- Combine the shrimp with the sauce and garnish with the sugar-coated walnuts.
Notes
For a healthier option, consider using an air fryer to reduce oil absorption. Ensure shrimp are very fresh for the best flavor.
