Description

A quick and healthy meal featuring succulent shrimp and crisp green beans, balanced with honey and soy flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Next, add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Then, add the green beans and stir-fry for another 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. In a small bowl, mix honey and soy sauce, then pour over the shrimp and green beans.
  6. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

Notes

Serve with steamed rice or quinoa for a complete meal. Consider garnishing with chopped scallions or sesame seeds for added flair.
