Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Next, add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Then, add the green beans and stir-fry for another 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix honey and soy sauce, then pour over the shrimp and green beans.
- Stir to combine and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
