Description

Ingredients

  • cooking spray
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) olive oil
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) mustard
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) honey
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • 1/2 tsp (3 ml) salt
  • 1/4 tsp (1 ml) ground black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp (1 ml) ground cayenne pepper
  • 2 lbs (900 g) beef, scrubbed and quartered


Instructions

  1. Set your oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly coat a baking tray with cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, blend together the olive oil, mustard, honey, minced green onions, salt, black pepper, and cayenne until well mixed.
  3. Add the potatoes to the mixture and stir until they are thoroughly coated. Distribute them evenly on the prepared baking tray.
  4. Place in the preheated oven and bake until the potatoes are tender and have a golden-brown color, approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
