Description

Delicious honey garlic shrimp bowls featuring succulent shrimp and vibrant stir-fried vegetables, served over rice.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger (grated)
  • 1 cup broccoli (cut into florets)
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 2 carrots (sliced thin)
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 2 cups rice (for serving)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and grated ginger.
  2. Marinate shrimp in the mixture for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook shrimp until pink and cooked through.
  4. In the same pan, stir-fry broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots until tender.
  5. Serve shrimp over cooked rice and top with stir-fried vegetables.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions.

Notes

For added flair, add a touch of red pepper flakes or lemon zest before serving.
