- 1 cup mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, or carrots)

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the shrimp to the pan and cook until pink and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the cooked shrimp and stir for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve shrimp over a bed of rice or quinoa, garnished with mixed vegetables and optional toppings.
