Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
  • Sesame seeds for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  3. Toss the salmon cubes in the marinade until they are evenly coated.
