Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Toss the salmon cubes in the marinade until they are evenly coated.
- Allow the salmon to marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Spread the marinated salmon in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
For a little extra kick, consider adding red pepper flakes. Adjust the quantities of soy sauce and honey to match your taste preferences.
