Quick and flavorful honey garlic salmon cooked in an air fryer, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the salmon fillets in a dish and pour the honey garlic mixture over them, letting them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Arrange the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with chopped parsley.

For best results, preheat the air fryer and consider marinating the salmon longer than 15 minutes for deeper flavor.
