Description

A refreshing and satisfying crab pasta salad with a creamy ranch dressing, perfect for gatherings and family meals.


Ingredients

  • 5 cups spiral pasta (Barilla Rotini recommended)
  • 18 oz imitation crab (chopped into 1/2-inch pieces)
  • 1/2 cup celery (finely diced)
  • 1/2 cup green pepper (finely diced)
  • 1/3 cup onion (diced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (Hellmann’s recommended)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried dill


Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot, and cook spiral pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and allow to cool.
  2. Chop imitation crab into 1/2-inch pieces and prepare vegetables by finely dicing celery and green pepper, dicing onion and parsley.
  3. Combine cooled pasta, crab, celery, green pepper, onion, and parsley in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Mix mayonnaise, ranch dressing, and dried dill in a separate bowl.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and gently toss until well coated.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.

Notes

Serve in a vibrant bowl and garnish with fresh parsley or dill. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
