- 2 cup (480 ml) s cold mashed potatoes
- 1 cup (240 ml) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s all-purpose flour
- 1 small egg, beaten
Instructions
- Mix together the cold mashed potatoes, shredded Cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, and flour in a mixing bowl; ensure they are well blended. Add in the beaten egg and incorporate thoroughly.
- Warm up the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 10 minutes.
- Shape the mixture into 6 round cakes and arrange them on a baking tray. Place the tray in the freezer for a brief 10-minute chill while the air fryer is heating.
- Arrange the patties in the air fryer’s basket, being careful not to overcrowd them. Let them cook without disturbance for 12 minutes. Repeat the process for the remaining patties.
