  • 5g dried oregano (1 tsp)
  • 5g smoked paprika (1 tsp)
  • 5g salt (1 tsp)
  • 5g black pepper (1/2 tsp)


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, thoroughly blend the oil, lemon juice, and spice mix.
  2. Use paper towels to dry the chicken breasts.
  3. Apply the oil mixture to the chicken, ensuring each piece is fully covered.
  4. Place the chicken into the air fryer basket and set it in the air fryer.
  5. Cook at 190ºC/375ºF for 7 minutes, then turn the chicken over and continue cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until it is golden brown and fully cooked.
  6. Take the chicken out of the air fryer and let it sit for a few minutes before serving with your preferred sides.
