- 5g smoked paprika (1 tsp)
- 5g salt (1 tsp)
- 5g black pepper (1/2 tsp)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, thoroughly blend the oil, lemon juice, and spice mix.
- Use paper towels to dry the chicken breasts.
- Apply the oil mixture to the chicken, ensuring each piece is fully covered.
- Place the chicken into the air fryer basket and set it in the air fryer.
- Cook at 190ºC/375ºF for 7 minutes, then turn the chicken over and continue cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until it is golden brown and fully cooked.
- Take the chicken out of the air fryer and let it sit for a few minutes before serving with your preferred sides.
