Description

A vibrant and flavorful dish combining chewy udon noodles with mixed vegetables, perfect for a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 200g thick udon noodles
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, and bean sprouts)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
  4. Add the cooked udon noodles to the skillet.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Pour the sauce over the noodles and vegetables.
  6. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
