Description

Ingredients

  • 2 fresh tuna steaks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
  3. Using a brush, apply the marinade generously to both sides of the tuna steaks.
