Description

A quick and nutritious grilled soy-ginger tuna steak, marinated to perfection for a delightful flavor explosion.


Ingredients

  • 2 tuna steaks
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, ginger, olive oil, honey, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
  2. Place tuna steaks in the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high.
  4. Remove tuna from the marinade and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Grill tuna steaks for about 3-4 minutes on each side, depending on thickness, until desired doneness.

Notes
