Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Skewer the shrimp onto soaked wooden or metal skewers.
- Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through and opaque.
- Blend the diced mangoes with lime juice and honey until smooth to make the coulis.
