Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Skewer the shrimp onto soaked wooden or metal skewers.
