A delicious grilled salmon dish enhanced with rich garlic herb butter, perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs salmon fillets with skin on
- 6 tbsp salted butter, softened
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh minced parsley
- 1 tbsp fresh minced dill weed
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the garlic herb butter by mixing softened butter with minced garlic, parsley, dill, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt on both sides.
- Place the salmon skin-side down on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes.
- Carefully flip the fillets and grill for an additional 4-5 minutes.
- During the last minute of grilling, dollop the garlic herb butter on the fillets.
- Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

For perfect grilling, monitor your grill closely and check the internal temperature to ensure salmon is cooked to 145°F.
