Description

A delicious grilled salmon dish enhanced with rich garlic herb butter, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs salmon fillets with skin on
  • 6 tbsp salted butter, softened
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh minced parsley
  • 1 tbsp fresh minced dill weed
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Prepare the garlic herb butter by mixing softened butter with minced garlic, parsley, dill, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Season the salmon fillets with salt on both sides.
  5. Place the salmon skin-side down on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes.
  6. Carefully flip the fillets and grill for an additional 4-5 minutes.
  7. During the last minute of grilling, dollop the garlic herb butter on the fillets.
  8. Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For perfect grilling, monitor your grill closely and check the internal temperature to ensure salmon is cooked to 145°F.
