Ingredients
- 2 whole red snapper (cleaned and scaled)
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Lemon slices (for garnish)
Instructions
- Mix the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl.
- Place the cleaned red snapper in a large dish or resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the fish.
- Allow the fish to marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 375°F or 190°C).
- Use a paper towel dipped in oil to grease the grill grates.
- Place the marinated red snapper directly on the grill.
- Grill for about 5-7 minutes on one side until grill marks appear. Flip the fish gently.
- Grill for another 5-7 minutes on the other side until cooked through.
- Remove the fish from the grill and serve on a platter garnished with lemon slices.
