Ingredients
- 1 lb white fish fillets (like cod or tilapia)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 lime (juiced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 cup cabbage (shredded)
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 1 avocado (sliced)
- Sour cream or crema (optional)
- Hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat the fish fillets with the marinade and let them sit for about 15 minutes.
- Grill the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble the tacos by placing grilled fish on each tortilla and topping with cabbage, cilantro, avocado slices, and optional sour cream and hot sauce.
