Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons coconut cream
- 3 tablespoons pineapple sweet chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon sriracha (or to taste)
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 slices pineapple, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
Instructions
- Combine the coconut cream, pineapple sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl. Mix thoroughly until well blended.
- Thread the shrimp and pineapple pieces onto skewers, alternating for a colorful presentation.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high. Once hot, place the skewers on the grill.
- Grill for 2-3 minutes per side until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
- Brush the prepared coconut and pineapple sweet chili sauce onto the shrimp while grilling for added flavor.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and serve hot.
