Ingredients
- Salmon fillets
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Fresh dill, chopped
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the garlic mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is flaky and cooked through.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges and enjoy!
Notes
For a crispy top, consider broiling the salmon for a few minutes at the end. Letting the salmon marinate in the garlic mixture for about 30 minutes enhances flavor.
