Description

A quick and nutritious dish featuring salmon fillets with Mediterranean flavors of garlic, lemon, and fresh dill.


Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh dill, chopped
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the garlic mixture over the salmon fillets.

Notes
