Description

A luxurious lobster pasta dish featuring tender lobster meat in a creamy sauce, perfect for special occasions or family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • Lobster meat
  • Linguine or fettuccine
  • Heavy cream
  • Garlic
  • Shallots
  • Butter
  • Olive oil
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or basil)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and shallots, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Add the lobster meat and cook until just heated through.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce, adding lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

For a richer sauce, mix half-and-half with heavy cream. Reserve some pasta water to use if the sauce becomes too thick.
