Description

A delightful lobster salad that combines fresh lobster meat with creamy mayo and zesty lemon for a refreshing and elegant dish.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs cooked lobster meat, cut into ¾-inch chunks
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • 1½ tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup finely chopped celery (inner stalks only)
  • 1 tbsp thinly sliced chives, plus more for garnish
  • Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. In a chilled mixing bowl, combine the lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, and chives.
  2. Gently fold the ingredients until just combined. Avoid overmixing to maintain the texture of the lobster.
  3. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Stir to blend the seasonings and taste for adjustments.
  4. Cover and chill the mixture for 30–60 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld beautifully.
  5. Serve cold in lettuce cups, toasted buns, or plated over creamy avocado.
