Ingredients
- 12 fresh oysters
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Shuck the oysters and place them on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, melted butter, garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the mixture onto each oyster.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For added crunch, use panko breadcrumbs. Experiment with herbs like thyme or basil for extra flavor.
