Ingredients
- Fresh salmon
- 3 fresh garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix garlic, olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, brown sugar, soy sauce, and honey to create the marinade.
- Place the salmon on a baking sheet and pour the marinade over it, ensuring it is well coated.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds on top before serving.
- Garnish with parsley and enjoy your meal!

For extra flavor, marinate the salmon for an hour before cooking. Adjust spices according to your preference.
