Ingredients

  • Fresh salmon
  • 3 fresh garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix garlic, olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, brown sugar, soy sauce, and honey to create the marinade.
  3. Place the salmon on a baking sheet and pour the marinade over it, ensuring it is well coated.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds on top before serving.
  7. Garnish with parsley and enjoy your meal!

Notes
