Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced (for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lime wedges (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, grated ginger, minced garlic, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
  3. Place cod fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush glaze evenly over each fillet.
  4. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until cod is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Transfer to plates, garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
