Description

Enjoy rich and satisfying garlic steak bites paired with creamy pasta, perfect for busy weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 500 g steak (bifteck)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 200 g shell pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the steak pieces seasoned with salt and pepper. Sear until golden brown and cooked to your liking, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, approximately 1 minute.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes smooth.
  5. Incorporate the cooked pasta into the skillet, tossing well to coat the pasta with the creamy sauce.
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Consider marinating the steak to enhance the flavors. For a lighter version, substitute half of the heavy cream with low-fat milk.
