- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 200 g shell pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions

- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the steak pieces seasoned with salt and pepper. Sear until golden brown and cooked to your liking, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, approximately 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes smooth.
- Incorporate the cooked pasta into the skillet, tossing well to coat the pasta with the creamy sauce.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Consider marinating the steak to enhance the flavors. For a lighter version, substitute half of the heavy cream with low-fat milk.
