Description

  • 1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, finely chopped, for garnish
  • Lemon wedges, for serving


Instructions

  1. Rinse the fresh shrimp under cold water and devein them for optimal flavor and texture.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese to create a marinade.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and coat the shrimp with the marinade.
  4. Place the shrimp on a parchment-lined baking tray.
