A quick and delicious dish featuring large shrimp roasted with garlic, Parmesan cheese, and spices for a gourmet experience.
Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails on
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, making sure every shrimp gets coated.
- Add Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Gently toss until the shrimp are well coated in the mixture.
- Spread the shrimp in a single layer across the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they have enough space for even cooking.
- Roast for 8–10 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and slightly golden on the edges.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges for a zesty finish.
Notes
For added richness, sprinkle extra Parmesan just before serving. Adding a pinch of red pepper flakes can introduce some heat.
