Description

A quick and delicious dish featuring large shrimp roasted with garlic, Parmesan cheese, and spices for a gourmet experience.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails on
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, making sure every shrimp gets coated.
  3. Add Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Gently toss until the shrimp are well coated in the mixture.
  4. Spread the shrimp in a single layer across the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they have enough space for even cooking.
  5. Roast for 8–10 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and slightly golden on the edges.
  6. Serve immediately with lemon wedges for a zesty finish.

Notes

For added richness, sprinkle extra Parmesan just before serving. Adding a pinch of red pepper flakes can introduce some heat.
