Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined, tails on)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
