Description

A quick and delicious Garlic Parmesan Crusted Halibut loaded with flavors, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 4 halibut fillets
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, paprika, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well mixed.
  3. Place the halibut fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each fillet, coating them evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the crust is golden brown.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges.
