Description

Ingredients

  • 4 halibut fillets
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and parsley until well combined.
  3. Place the halibut fillets on the prepared baking sheet and cover each fillet with the garlic Parmesan mixture, pressing it down firmly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the crust is golden brown.
