Ingredients
- 4 halibut fillets
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and parsley until well combined.
- Place the halibut fillets on the prepared baking sheet and cover each fillet with the garlic Parmesan mixture, pressing it down firmly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the crust is golden brown.
