Ingredients

  • 2 halibut fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Place the halibut fillets on the lined baking sheet and spoon the garlic Parmesan mixture over each fillet.
