- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) fine sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup (60 g) finely grated fresh cheese, divided

- Combine the potatoes in a large mixing bowl and coat them with vegetable oil. Stir in the oregano, garlic powder, sea salt, and ground black pepper along with 1/4 cup of the finely grated cheese. Ensure the potatoes are thoroughly covered in the mixture.
