Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs carrots (680 g)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil (22.5 ml)
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) fine sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) ground black pepper
- chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Peel and rinse your carrots, then dry them with a towel. Cut them into pieces about an inch long, preferably at an angle.
- In a bowl, combine the carrot pieces with vegetable oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, sea salt, and ground black pepper.
- Spread the seasoned carrots evenly in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t overlap.
- Cook in the air fryer at 380°F for 12-15 minutes, or until they are easily pierced with a fork. Add more salt and pepper if desired and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
