Ingredients
- 454 g skinless salmon
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced (optional)
- 15 ml vegetable oil
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp (3 ml) EACH smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, pepper
Instructions
- Warm up the air fryer to 400ºF. Cut the salmon into 1-inch pieces.
- Put the salmon pieces into a large mixing bowl. Incorporate the garlic, vegetable oil, lemon juice, and seasonings, then stir until well blended.
- Move the seasoned salmon into the hot air fryer, arranging them in a single layer, and cook for 5 minutes or until they are nicely browned and thoroughly cooked (they will continue to cook slightly as they rest).
- Present with slices of fresh lemon and sprinkle with fresh parsley or cilantro, if you wish.
