Ingredients
- – 1 lb (450 g) fingerling potatoes, halved lengthwise
- – 1 tbsp (15 ml) vegetable oil
- – 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) ground paprika
- – 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) parsley flakes
- – 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) garlic powder
- – salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Warm up the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a spacious bowl, combine the potato halves. Drizzle with vegetable oil, and season with paprika, parsley flakes, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the potatoes are well-coated. Arrange the coated potatoes in the air fryer basket.
- Cook in the preheated air fryer for 10 minutes; give them a stir and continue cooking until they reach your preferred level of crispiness, approximately an additional 5 minutes.
