Description

Learn how to make delicious Garlic Herb Air Fryer Fingerling Potatoes with this easy recipe. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, a perfect side dish!

Ingredients

  • – 1 lb (450 g) fingerling potatoes, halved lengthwise
  • – 1 tbsp (15 ml) vegetable oil
  • – 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) ground paprika
  • – 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) parsley flakes
  • – 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) garlic powder
  • – salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Warm up the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a spacious bowl, combine the potato halves. Drizzle with vegetable oil, and season with paprika, parsley flakes, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the potatoes are well-coated. Arrange the coated potatoes in the air fryer basket.
  3. Cook in the preheated air fryer for 10 minutes; give them a stir and continue cooking until they reach your preferred level of crispiness, approximately an additional 5 minutes.

Notes

  • Consider enhancing the flavor by adding a sprinkle of grated parmesan cheese or a squeeze of fresh lemon juice before serving.
  • For a spicy kick, try incorporating a pinch of cayenne pepper or chili flakes into the seasoning mix.
  • Give these potatoes a Mediterranean twist by using oregano and lemon zest instead of parsley and garlic powder.
